it should still fix some issue Did you set DEBUG=False in your settings? If so, you must add a SECRET_KEY value and ALLOWED_HOSTS setting. Check the Django docs for more info about these settings.
Apart from that, the logs at ~/log/user/error_yourapp.log is what you need to check.

Does that help Next to looking into your .env file, make sure permissions are correctly set (and good practice to create the storage/logs folder(s) manually - at least on windows that causes problems).
Write logs from existing log4j appenders all logs with debug level "error" or higher to rsyslog

I wish did fix the issue. Given you add an Appender for rsyslog ( which should be available from somewhere on the internet if not already built-in ) you just would add another appender-ref:
code :
<Loggers>
    <Root level="debug" additivity="false">
      <AppenderRef ref="STDOUT" level="DEBUG"/>
      <AppenderRef ref="RollingRandomAccessFile" level="DEBUG"/>
      <AppenderRef ref="RSYSLOG" level="ERROR"/>
    </Root>
</Loggers>

I hope this helps . You cannot achieve it using MinimumLevelas @barbsan comment.
But you can use filtering for in your case.
code :
_logger  = new LoggerConfiguration()
    .MinimumLevel.Debug()
    .WriteTo.File(_filepath)
    .Filter.ByIncludingOnly(isNotInfoLevel)
    .CreateLogger();
private static bool isNotInfoLevel(LogEvent le)
{
    return le.Level != LogEventLevel.Information;
}
.Filter.ByExcluding((le) => le.Level == LogEventLevel.Information)
Display all logs above info but save to file all logs above debug

this one helps. You need two handlers (WARNING level for the StreamHandler), perfectly explained in the cookbook
code :
# create logger with 'spam_application'
logger = logging.getLogger('spam_application')
logger.setLevel(logging.DEBUG)
# create file handler which logs even debug messages
fh = logging.FileHandler('spam.log')
fh.setLevel(logging.DEBUG)
# create console handler with a higher log level
ch = logging.StreamHandler()
ch.setLevel(logging.WARNING)
# create formatter and add it to the handlers
formatter = logging.Formatter('%(asctime)s - %(name)s - %(levelname)s - %(message)s')
fh.setFormatter(formatter)
ch.setFormatter(formatter)
# add the handlers to the logger
logger.addHandler(fh)
logger.addHandler(ch)

should help you out You can either leave the only root logger with INFO level. This means it would log only INFO, WARN and ERROR. However it seems that WARN is not something you would like to log.
Or you can use filters like LevelFilter. Below is the example from the documentation you can find by the provided link.
code :
<configuration>
  <appender name="CONSOLE" class="ch.qos.logback.core.ConsoleAppender">
    <filter class="ch.qos.logback.classic.filter.LevelFilter">
      <level>INFO</level>
      <onMatch>ACCEPT</onMatch>
      <onMismatch>DENY</onMismatch>
    </filter>
    <encoder>
      <pattern>
        %-4relative [%thread] %-5level %logger{30} - %msg%n
      </pattern>
    </encoder>
  </appender>
  <root level="DEBUG">
    <appender-ref ref="CONSOLE" />
  </root>
</configuration>
