like below fixes the issue Hi guys I'm getting an android app but when I launch it I get an error in my console. I'm using a Datagram socket to create a connection and I'm using 2 classes: MainActivity (it's the main activity of the app) and UdpClientServer to create the connection. , Try adding the following:
code :
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.INTERNET" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_WIFI_STATE" />

I wish this helpful for you Your elements are in the wrong place. They need to be outside the element, as immediate children of the root element:
code :
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.INTERNET"/>
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_WIFI_STATE" />

<application
    android:allowBackup="true"
    android:icon="@mipmap/ic_launcher"
    android:label="@string/app_name"
    android:supportsRtl="true"
    android:theme="@style/MyMaterialTheme">
    <activity android:name=".MainActivity">
        <intent-filter>
            <action android:name="android.intent.action.MAIN" />

            <category android:name="android.intent.category.LAUNCHER" />
        </intent-filter>
    </activity>
</application>

Hope that helps Quoting myself:
The elements should be inside the element, but outside the element. In other words, this is fine:
code :
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<manifest
  package="com.commonsware.android.something.something"
  xmlns:android="http://schemas.android.com/apk/res/android">

  <uses-permission android:name="INTERNET"/>
  <uses-permission android:name="ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE"/>

  <application
    android:icon="@mipmap/ic_launcher"
    android:label="@string/app_name"
    android:theme="@style/AppTheme">

    <!-- cool stuff goes here -->

  </application>

</manifest>
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<manifest
  package="com.commonsware.android.something.something"
  xmlns:android="http://schemas.android.com/apk/res/android">

  <application
    android:icon="@mipmap/ic_launcher"
    android:label="@string/app_name"
    android:theme="@style/AppTheme">

    <uses-permission android:name="INTERNET"/>
    <uses-permission android:name="ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE"/>

    <!-- cool stuff goes here -->

  </application>

</manifest>

this one helps. android:isolatedProcess
If set to true, this service will run under a special process that is isolated from the rest of the system and has no permissions of its own. The only communication with it is through the Service API (binding and starting).
