Any of those help Give all your inputs names that end with []. PHP will then create an array for each of them in $_POST. E.g.
code :
<input type="hidden" name="can_id[]" value=<?php echo $canid ?>>
<input type="hidden" name="job_id[]" value=<?php echo $jobid ?>>
$insertQuery = "UPDATE application SET Shortlist_status = ? WHERE Candidate_id = ? AND Job_id = ?";
$insertStmt = mysqli_prepare($link, $insertQuery);
mysqli_stmt_bind_param($insertStmt, "iii", $status, $candidate_id, $job_id);
foreach ($_POST['can_id'] as $i => $candidate_id) {
    $job_id = $_POST['job_id'][$i];
    $status = $_POST['shortlist_status'][$i];
    $inserted = mysqli_execute($insertStmt) or die(mysqli_error($insertStmt));
    if ($inserted) {
        ...
    } else {
        ...
    }
}

With these it helps remove action="submit" from your
tag. The action="{URL}" attribute "specifies where to send the form-data when a form is submitted" - you don't need it when sending back to the same url.
e.g. change:
code :
<form action="submit" method="post"><br>
<form method="post"><br>

help you fix your problem A command need to be executed to do anything.
In both examples of your code you call ExecuteNonQuery only for one of the command text and not for the other.
code :
......
Dim cmd As OleDbCommand = New OleDbCommand(str, myConnection)

Try
    ' Add this (and move the start of the Try catch before this line'
     cmd.ExecuteNonQuery()

    cmd.Parameters.Add(New OleDbParameter("NomeLivro", CType(TextBox11.Text, String)))
    ....
Catch ex as Exception
    MessageBox.Show("Error:" & ex.Message)
End Try

it should still fix some issue you need to some change in your form 1. do not use disabled in this case you can not get value
so update
code :
<input type="number" value="<?php echo $_SESSION['usr_id']; ?>" name="id" disabled>
<input type="number" value="<?php echo $_SESSION['usr_id']; ?>" name="id">
$result = mysqli_query($con, "UPDATE users SET name='$name', accountType='$memberType', email='$email', address='$address', addresstwo='$addresstwo', city='$city', province='$province', country='$country', postal='$postal', phone='$phone', dob='$dob', gender='$gender', facebook='$facebook' WHERE id='$ident'");
if($result){
    echo "Updated data successfully\n";
}

seems to work fine $supplier variables will contain Nette\Database\Row, which you store into the $supplierList array. Form::addSelect expects array, where the values are things that can be stringified. Since Row does not like to be stringified, you need to add to the list something that does. Extracting the column should work:
code :
        $result = $this->database->query('SELECT supp_name FROM suppliers');
        foreach($result as $supplier){
            $supplierList[] = $supplier['supp_name'];
        }

Hope this helps Unless you already had something set up in advance - a CDC mechanism of some kind it is going to be incredibly difficult to extract that information from the logs. It is possible given enough time, but it is a highly skilled forensic activity that is extremely time consuming to perform. (And relies on full logs being available.) There are third party log readers than can help with this but it will still be a huge effort.
