Hope that helps You can use this regex to capture each and every data you have mentioned in your post, using which you can create your own JSON as you mentioned in your post.
code :
(?s)<!-- @\[(\w+)\((\w+)\)\] -->\s+# ([\w ]+?)\s+<!-- @\[(\w+)\] -->\s+## ([\w ]+?)\s+```(\w+)\s+(.*?)```\s+<!-- @\[\/(\w+)\] -->
(?s)<!-- @\[(?<name>\w+)\((?<type>\w+)\)\] -->\s+# (?<h1>[\w ]+?)\s+<!-- @\[(?<name2>\w+)\] -->\s+## (?<h2>[\w ]+?)\s+```(?<codeType>\w+)\s+(?<code>.*?)```\s+<!-- @\[\/(?<parent>\w+)\] -->

it should still fix some issue It could be that the problem is at a different point than you think it to be. The reason you only get the last point plotted is that in each loop step x and y are getting reassigned, such that at the end of the loop, each of them contain a single value.
As a solution you might want to use a list to append the values to, like
code :
import matplotlib.pyplot as plt

dictdata = {"key_A": [(1,2),(1,3)], "key_B": [(3,2),(2,3)], "key_C": [(4,2),(1,4)]}

def plot_dictdata(ax1, key):
    data = list()
    data.append(dictdata[key])
    x=[];y=[]
    for list_of_points in data:
        for point in list_of_points:
            x.append(point[0])
            y.append(point[1])
    ax1.scatter(x,y)

fig, ax1 = plt.subplots()
plot_dictdata(ax1, "key_A")
plot_dictdata(ax1, "key_B")
plot_dictdata(ax1, "key_C")
plt.show()
def plot_dictdata(ax1, key):
    x,y = zip(*dictdata[key])
    ax1.scatter(x,y)

wish help you to fix your issue I wrote a wrapper around scipy called symfit which makes this fitting this kind of problem straightforward, so I think you might be interested in using it. Using symfit for your problem, you could write
code :
from symfit import parameters, variables, Fit, Model

e1, e2, s1, s2, t1, t2, u1, u2 = variables('e1, e2, s1, s2, t1, t2, u1, u2')
a, b, c = parameters('a, b, c')

model = Model({
    e1: a * s1 + b * t1 + c * u1,
    e2: a * s2 + b * t2 + c * u2,
})

fit = Fit(model, u1=u1data, s1=s1data, ...)
fit_result = fit.execute()
print(fit_result)

Does that help You can use string's constructor.
string my_string(recv_buffer_.data() + 2, recv_buffer_.data() + 8 + 1);
