wish help you to fix your issue There are a couple ways you could do this in silverlight, although I don't think any of them can be pure XAML solutions. With MVVM, you then create property in your view model that you bind to the SelectedItem property of the DataGrid. From there, there are two differnt options:
If the individual items in the DataGird are themselves other view models, then you can give them a property like "IsEditable" and bind it to the visibility of the button. When the SelectedItem fo the parent ViewModel changes, go and update the IsEditable property of all the child viewmodels If you dont have child view models, you can handle the loaded event of the Edit button. In the code behind, bind the visibility of the button to the selecteditem property in your view model, but also set up a binding converter that takes in the original bound item as a converter parameter. In the converter, you can check if the selected item is equal to the originally bound item

Any of those help The DateTimePicker-Control has a Format-Property, which will set the format of the date and time displayed in the control. AS stated in this answer you can use following format to show Date and time:
code :
dateTimePicker1.Format = DateTimePickerFormat.Custom;
dateTimePicker1.CustomFormat = "MM.dd.yyyy hh:mm:ss";
DateTime yourSelectedDateTime  = dateTimePicker1.Value;
textBox1.Text = yourSelectedDateTime.ToString();

I hope this helps . When creating the timepicker, you can use the className: option to specify a class to give the HTML element containing the dropdown. So give the two timepickers different classes:
code :
$('#startTime').timepicker({
      className: 'startTime',
      'minTime': '12:00am',
      'maxTime': '11:59pm',
      'step': '5',
      'showDuration': 'false'
});

$('#endTime').timepicker({
      className: 'endTime',
      'minTime': '12:00am',
      'maxTime': '11:59pm',
      'step': '5',
      'showDuration': 'false'
});

$('#endTime').on('showTimepicker', function() {
    var current = $('.endTime li').filter(function() { // Exact match necessary
        return $(this).text() == $('#startTime').val();
    });
    current.remove();
});

fixed the issue. Will look into that further Hi I came back across this question today and when i looked at your fiddle, the first thing I noticed was that you didn't even have the datepicker js or timepicker js included! They don't come included in bootstrap! You do actually have to include BOTH css and js for each!
So I got it working anyway - I didn't actually get the time arrows going, but you should seriously look at the development pages on Github, for both
