wish help you to fix your issue The way you're using on here, is attaching the event listener to the document, and apply the callback to any mousemove events on rows in the #mytable element. That means internally, the call to on is translated into a call to delegate.
Normally, I'm all for event delegation, for obvious reasons (performance being the most obvious of all). However, when you delegate mouse events, your handler is being called every time the event is fired. When doesn't a mouse move somewhere in the document? When the client is reading, the window is minimized or not in focus.

I hope this helps you .
Is there something like condition which is checked at every mouse move not just at a click?
code :
map.on('pointermove', function(e) {
  if (e.dragging) return;
  var hit = map.hasFeatureAtPixel(map.getEventPixel(e.originalEvent));
  map.getTargetElement().style.cursor = hit ? 'pointer' : '';
});

hop of those help? Add an attribute which stated when the rocket was started and add a method to the class Rocket which changes the y coordinate and starts the rocket:
code :
class Rocket
{
    boolean started = false;

    // [...]

    void setY(int newY) {
        this.y = newY;
        started = true;
    }

    void mouseClicked() {

        if (started) {
            this.x = x+5;
        }
    }
}
void mousePressed() {

    if (mouseButton == LEFT) {4
        rocket.setY(mouseY);
    }
}

code :
jQuery(document).ready(function( $ ){

let idleTimer = null,
    loopTimer = null,
    idleWait  = 1000;

(function ($) {

    $(document).ready(function () {
      //Cache the query
      let $animatedElement = $('#news-main-page');

      let animateElements = function(){
      	$animatedElement.delay(1500).fadeOut();
        $animatedElement.delay(1500).fadeIn();
      };

      let myFunc = function () {

        clearInterval(loopTimer);
        clearTimeout(idleTimer);
        $animatedElement.stop(true);

        idleTimer = setTimeout(function () {
          //Idle Event
          //Loop the animation
          loopTimer = setInterval(function(){
          	animateElements();
          }, 3000);

          //Call animate elements once to prevent additional delay
          //from setInterval call
          animateElements();

        }, idleWait);

      };

       $('*').bind('mousemove keydown scroll',myFunc);
       //Start the idle loop
       myFunc();

    });
}) (jQuery)

Move Fastly config to CloudFlare Workers

I wish this help you Cloudflare Workers implements the Service Worker standard, so you will need to reimplement the VCL code snippet you posted in terms of a Service Worker.
Before I show you how to do that, consider what happens when a request for https://example.com/apple arrives at the proxy. I would expect the first regex for ^/app to match, but the second one for ^/app/ not to match -- i.e., the request would be passed through with no change to the URL, but with the addition of an X-DR-SUBDIR: app header.
code :
addEventListener("fetch", event => {
  let request = event.request

  // Unlike VCL's req.url, request.url is an absolute URL string,
  // so we need to parse it to find the start of the path. We'll
  // need it as a separate object in order to mutate it, as well.
  let url = new URL(request.url)

  if (url.pathname.startsWith("/app/")) {
    // Rewrite the URL and set the X-DR-SUBDIR header.

    url.pathname = url.pathname.slice("/app".length)

    // Copying the request with `new Request()` serves two purposes:
    // 1. It is the only way to actually change the request's URL.
    // 2. It makes `request.headers` mutable. (The headers property
    // on the original `event.request` is always immutable, meaning
    // our call to `request.headers.set()` below would throw.)
    request = new Request(url, request)

    request.headers.set("X-DR-SUBDIR", "app")
  }

  event.respondWith(fetch(request))
})
  if (url.pathname.startsWith("/app/")) {
    url.pathname = url.pathname.slice("/app".length)
    // ...
  }
  if (url.pathname.startsWith("/app")) {
    if (url.pathname.startsWith("/app/")) {
      url.pathname = url.pathname.slice("/app".length)
    }
    // ...
  }
