seems to work fine
Does anyone know if there is such a code that will do this, like @Html.IsValid(x => x.FirstName)
code :
public static class HtmlExtensions
{
    public static bool IsValid<TModel, TProperty>(
        this HtmlHelper<TModel> htmlHelper,
        Expression<Func<TModel, TProperty>> expression
    )
    {
        var modelState = htmlHelper.ViewData.ModelState;
        var name = ExpressionHelper.GetExpressionText(expression);
        var key = htmlHelper.ViewContext.ViewData.TemplateInfo.GetFullHtmlFieldName(name);
        ModelState value;
        return !modelState.TryGetValue(key, out value) ||
               value.Errors.Count == 0;
    }
}
@if (Html.IsValid(x => x.FirstName))
{
    @:<div>Super, the first name is valid</div>
}

To fix this issue Loops through the dictionary and the list inside this loop and outputs the info you're looking for
code :
for key, value in dictdates.items():
    print key
    for val in listdates:
       if val in value:
          print val, 'unavailable'
       else:
          print val, 'available'
    print "\n"

I hope this helps . Simply adapt your compare() method so that, if an event is over and the other one is not, it returns without comparing date:
code :
@Override
public int compare(TimetableEvent arg0, TimetableEvent arg1) {
    SimpleDateFormat format = new SimpleDateFormat(
            "dd.MM.yyyy' klo 'HH.mm");
    int compareResult = 0;

    if (arg0.isOver() && !arg1.isOver()) {
        return 1;
    }
    if (!arg0.isOver() && arg1.isOver()) {
        return -1;
    }

    try {
        Date arg0Date = format.parse(arg0.getDateTime());
        Date arg1Date = format.parse(arg1.getDateTime());

        compareResult = arg0Date.compareTo(arg1Date);

    } catch (ParseException e) {
        e.printStackTrace();
        compareResult = arg0.getDateTime().compareTo(arg1.getDateTime());
    }
    return compareResult;
}

I hope this helps you . I have trouble to understand the behavior of my code. , Your problem occurs because of operator chaining.
When you have:
code :
if not (gender in prison.keys() != bool(convict_entering[gender])):
if not ((gender in prison.keys()) != bool(convict_entering[gender])):
if (gender in prison.keys()) != bool(convict_entering[gender]):
