wish of those help First, C++ and Java are both compiled language. And C++ also supports what you did in Java(dynamic allocation):

To fix this issue Compilers
Compilers were the first sort of translator program to be written. The idea is simple: You write the program, then hand it to the compiler which translates it. Then you run the result.

I hope this helps you . A compiled language is a language which converts the source code to machine code. Also known as a native application.
An interpreted language is a language which converts the source code to some intermediate. During the execution of the program, an interpretor runs the source code. Interpreted languages tend to be, but not always are, significantly slower than compiled languages. They are useful, however, for portability.
code :
for (int i=1;i<=100;i++) { printf("%d",i); }

Any of those help The compiler doesn't scan header files. All that happens is that the preprocessor copy-and-pastes the contents of a header file whenever a #include is encountered, before handing that source file to the compiler.
So after the preprocessor has run, this example:
code :
ABC
#include "foo.h"
DEF
ABC

Does that help The Windows filesystem is case-insensitive.
You cannot (sanely) find a case-sensitive file on a case-insensitive filesystem.

I hope this helps you . Disclaimer: Take all of this with a grain of salt; it's pretty oversimplified.
1: You are correct in that the computer itself doesn't understand the code, which is why the JVM itself is needed. Let's pretend XY means "add the top two elements on the stack and push the result". The JVM would then be implemented something like this:
code :
for(byte bytecode : codeToExecute) {
    if (bytecode == XX) {
        // ...do stuff...
    } else if (bytecode == XY) {
        int a = pop();
        int b = pop();
        push(a+b);
    } else if (bytecode == XZ) {
        // ...do stuff...
    } // ... and so on for each possible instruction ...
}
