hop of those help? SEE THIS FIDDLE
basically, just pass a class you can target to the multiselect when you create it, then using that targeted class set disabled to true on all the inputs within the wrapper.
code :

this will help Okay my best guess for what you are trying to ask here is that you want to be able to set options for multiselects differently on your page.
just select the id instead of going to $("select") go to $("#one-groups") etc.

With these it helps I don't think there's a Javascript widget in existence that won't bring your browser to a grinding halt if you try to select thousands of items. First of all, who is going to want to scroll through a list of thousands of items?
If your potential list of items is really long, I'd recommend something like jQuery UI Autocomplete that can use AJAX to send a much smaller subset of items based on key strokes. Here's an example that allows multiple selections: http://jqueryui.com/demos/autocomplete/#multiple-remote

I hope this helps . WORKING JS FIDDLE
So basically, whats happening is the multiselect plugin is adding and extra title property to all the inputs is creates so the jquery ui just automatically does its magic on that ones tooltips as well.
code :
$(function(){
    $("select").multiselect();
    $('input').prop('title', '');

    $( document ).tooltip();
    $( document ).tooltip( "option", "position", { my: "left+20 center", at: "right center" } );
});

around this issue I have drop down like this , Try this
code :
     var memoryOne;
        var memoryTwo;
        $("option").mouseover(function () {
            var selectedOne = $("optgroup:nth-of-type(1)").children("option:selected").index();
            var selectedTwo = $("optgroup:nth-of-type(2)").children("option:selected").index();
            memoryOne = selectedOne;
            memoryTwo = selectedTwo;
        }).click(function () {
            var theSelectedIndex = $(this).index();
            var theParentIndex = $(this).parent().index();
            setTimeout(function () {
                clickEvent(theSelectedIndex, theParentIndex, memoryOne, memoryTwo);
            }, 1);
        });

        function clickEvent(passedIndex, parentIndex, memoryOne, memoryTwo) {
            var selectionOne = memoryOne;
            var selectionTwo = memoryTwo;
            var theParent = $("optgroup:eq(" + parentIndex + ")");
            var theOption = $("optgroup:eq(" + parentIndex + ") option:eq(" + passedIndex + ")");
            var theGrandParent = $("select");
            theParent.find("option:not(option:eq(" + passedIndex + "))").prop("selected", false);

        if (parentIndex == 0) {
            $("optgroup:not(optgroup:eq(" + parentIndex + "))").children("option:eq(" + selectionTwo + ")").prop("selected", true);
        } else if (parentIndex == 1) {
            $("optgroup:not(optgroup:eq(" + parentIndex + "))").children("option:eq(" + selectionOne + ")").prop("selected", true);
        }
