I wish this helpful for you In HTML 5, nothing. It is just part of a URL.
In this case, it indicates the start of the query string, which a process on the server may give special attention to.

I wish did fix the issue. This command does the following :-
hg parents runs the mercurial command parents awk -F: '/^changeset:/ { print $2 }' starts awk reading its input and for any line that begins with changeset it prints the second field on the line (fields are separated by : ) sed -e 's/ //g' -e 1q ` reads all of its input, removes spaces and prints the first line export changeset= Takes everything between the backticks runs this as a sequence of commands and assigns the result to the variable changeset.

This might help you
The a1 is "just another type variable". It could mean anything, including a, but doesn't necessarily mean anything. Most likely it is different from a.
code :
((.)$(.)) (==) 1 (1+) 0
===                          [ apply ]
((.)(.)) (==) 1 (1+) 0
===                          [ implicit association ]
((.)(.)(==)) 1 (1+) 0
===                          [ apply the definition: (f.g) x = f (g x) ]
((.) (1 ==)) (1+) 0
===                          [ implicit association ]
((.) (1 ==) (1+))  0
===                          [ apply the definition: (f.g) x = f (g x) ]
1 == (1+0)
===                          [addition]
1 == 1
===                          [equality]
True
f a b c d = a b (c d)

Hope that helps [f(url[i]) for i in xrange(len(url))] is an antipattern in Python. (xrange(len(x)) is something you should pretty much never write.) It's basically doing something to each character of the URL (assuming url to be a string). You should instead use something more like [f(char) for char in url], or if an index is necessary, use enumerate.
"".join(…) means that for an iterable of characters … they will be joined with nothing ("") between them.
code :
url = ''.join(
        char.replace(' ', '%20') if i > url.find('?') else char
        for i, char in enumerate(url)
    )
>>> url = 'foo bar?baz quux'
>>> lhs, pivot, rhs = url.partition('?')
>>> lhs + pivot + rhs.replace(' ', '%20')
'foo bar?baz%20quux'
req = urllib2.Request(url, data, _headers)

it should still fix some issue The + prefix on the variable names is the 'unary' operator. In JavaScript it is in effect shorthand for Number(). The code is changing both filenames.length and upFiles to ints from string so their values can be added instead of concatenated.
The code is equivalent to:
code :
var upload_file_count_text = Number(filenames.length) + Number(upFiles);

like below fixes the issue When we use parent::init(), we are just calling the parent method (in this case init()) inside a method of the current class.
