To fix this issue Ended up creating a simple user control with a public PageName property. If the PageName property is set then _trackPageView is called and the PageName value is passed otherwise _trackPageView is called without any parameters.
This approach is working pretty well and made it really easy to manage the GA tracking code between environments by reading it from the web.config within the user control.

help you fix your problem Is there a way to define a callback for when _trackPageview completes? , Overwriting the current Image() function in the page is one solution:
code :
  var oldImage = window.Image;
  window.Image = function()
      var self = this;
      var theImage = new oldImage();
          // Analytics ajax finished
          // Do something here (submit the form or whatever)
      return theImage;
