Why am I losing the decimal when working this equation in Javascript?

To fix this issue ^ in javascript isn't the mathematical 'raise to a power' operator, it is the bitwise XOR operator, and will always give a integer. You want to use pow from the Math class.
Try

wish help you to fix your issue I have created an html page with 2 buttons. One for first degree equations and on for quadratic. I have 3 forms for a b and c(quadratic equation) , Division has higher priority. You should do
code :
(-b+sD) / base
(-b-sD) / base
C# losing precision thus making equation result 0

Any of those help You could work with logarithms, and handle the result later as you need.
code :
foreach (var word in fileDictionary)
{
    dictionaryTotal.TryGetValue(word.Key, out percent);

    temp = percent;

    A += Math.Log10(temp);
    B += Math.Log10(1 - temp);
}

Losing radial symmetry in solving Poisson equation with FFTW in C

To fix this issue The loss of radial symmetry is related to the shape of the domain : it is a square, not a circle. Furthermore, since the dicrete Fourier transform is applied, the problem that is studied is the Poisson's equation on a square domain using periodic boundary conditions. Hence, the temperature near the boundaries may not decrease to zero.
This is the reason why the zero frequency, that is the average of the source term, is not used. If it were not the case, the stationnary heat equation could not be solved. Indeed, due to the periodic boundary conditions, the heat flux getting out on one side is getting in on the opposite side. As when the domain is perfectly insulated, the temperature would go up and never reach a stationnary solution.

I can't get a decimal out of my equation. Trying to use progress bar

Does that help I'm using a progress bar in my app to show how close someone is to reaching their savings goal. Here are my variables: (Note they are supposed to be in dollars.) , When you use Int , the result is Int
So you should use Double
code :
var amountToSave: Double = 100.0

var amountSavedSoFar: Double = 10.0

var progress: Double = amountSavedSoFar/amountToSave

print(progress) //0.1

will be helpful for those in need So this is an outrage, a simple equation results in a random number that I can make little sense of. , JavaScript can do this natively:
